Urbanite, the club’s division of Suburbanite, was engaged by Cronulla RSL to provide economic analysis on a major project across their carpark site and main club site.
Based on the outcomes of that analysis, Urbanite ran an EOI process to attract a suitable JV development partner for the club with a view to consider residential, seniors, hotel and a new club as part of the precinct. This is an ongoing project for the RSL alongside Urbanite’s strategic advisory and guidance on the commercial outcomes and risk profile of the project and potential partners.

Ramsgate RSL Group
Ramsgate RSL, known as Societie Group, have several key club sites that had underutilised land holdings that could unlock diversified future revenue for the club. After a robust options assessment across their portfolio, they worked alongside Urbanite to run an EOI process on two of their sites at Engadine and Fingal Bay, as well as look at development options on other sites that they own. Urbanite is still working closely with Societie Group to maximise their property assets and find the right long term JV partners for their sites.
